1. OUR PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
1.1. Business information regarding suppliers’ or business partners’ employees
Purpose and legal basis
We process the following categories of personal data to be able to manage sales and purchases, comply with legal obligations, and to fulfil our agreements with your employer:

YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT

RECEIVAL OF INFORMATION
In most cases we receive your personal information directly from yourself or your employer. We may however also receive your information from other suppliers, business partners, etc.
DISCLOSURE
To the extent necessary for the operation of the company, we disclose your personal data to other business partners and supplies, including software suppliers, data processors, carriers, external auditors, and external lawyers.
RETENTION
We store your personal data as long as we have an ongoing cooperation with your employer or until you are no longer an employee at our business partner, supplier, etc.
If your personal data is included in contract material, e-mail correspondence, etc. relating to or relevant for our agreement with your employer, we process these personal data for as long as we have a purpose with storing the contract material, correspondence, etc.
If your personal data is included in bookkeeping material, we process these personal data for 5 years after the end of the accounting year to which the material relates to comply with our legal obligations in the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

2. IF YOU WISH TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT
